to elegant sit-down dinners, all prepared and served with great care by our staff
of professionals. Each menu is designed to be personal, no two are ever the same.
And with the option of interesting party themes, the settings and decor will reflect
your wishes for a wonderful wedding or event.
We
have created Tuscan style dinners, a Moroccan feast for 400, an Armenian Wedding
Feast for 150, a Japanese birthday celebration for 80 and delicious barbecues
all showcasing the fresh produce and bounty of Sonoma. We help you with all the
details including finding the perfect location for your event and coordinating
flowers and beverages, music, and even lighting. No need for an event or wedding
coordinator...we do it all! Owners
Tom Romano and Linda Gilbert have over 50 years of combined experience-Tom as
a restaurateur, chef, and caterer in both northern and southern California. Linda
has years of restaurant cooking experience, teaches culinary classes, and is a
free-lance food writer writing a monthly herb, cooking and history column for
Sally's Place on the web. Both are passionate about food and the origins of food
as they are avid gardeners raising many heirloom varieties of vegetables, herbs
and flowers. They 'think' food and are always searching for new and interesting
combinations.

Favorite Herbs |
| Tarragon is called the "King
of Herbs" by the French, and with good reason. It is the main flavoring in
many of the sauces that form the foundation of classic French cuisine, such as
bernaise, rigavote and tartare.
